Yes! We actively hire motivated individuals without prior experience. We provide on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced crew members. If you're willing to learn and work hard, we'll help you develop a skilled trade.
We currently have open positions in Spokane, WA; Phoenix, AZ; and Portland, OR. However, if you're located in Idaho or another area we serve, we encourage you to reach out. As we grow, we're always looking to expand our teams.
We typically review applications within 1 week. Qualified candidates are contacted for a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview. For technical positions, we may also conduct a skills assessment. Final hiring decisions are usually made within 2-3 weeks.
Not required for all positions, but a valid driver's license is mandatory. A CDL is preferred for Project Manager and delivery/logistics roles. We can provide training for CDL acquisition for qualified candidates.

For most positions, travel is minimal and localized to your service area. Project Managers may travel between states for larger projects or to oversee multiple job sites. All travel is covered by the company.
