Siding Repairs and Installation
Describe siding repairs you perform, including damaged materials, weather barriers, flashing and substrate issues, along with the systems you install and manufacturer requirements.
Roofing Repairs and Installation
Describe roof repairs you perform, including leak diagnosis, damaged materials and flashing, along with roof installation, deck inspection, ventilation and safety practices.
Window Repairs and Installation
Describe window repairs you perform, including operation, water control, air sealing and damaged openings, along with retrofit or full-frame installation experience.
Gutter Repairs and Installation
Describe gutter repairs you perform, including leaks, loose sections, outlets, downspouts and drainage issues, along with fabrication, installation, slope and flow checks.

- Work history (required PDF): a PDF project list plus three comparable projects in the application. Prioritize repair examples when available; installation and replacement examples are also accepted.

- Two professional references: share business contact details with their permission.
Supporting credentials and authorized work photos are optional. Submit no more than 8 files, 5 MB per file and 10 MB combined. Documents and qualifications remain unverified until reviewed.
