Describe the systems you install, weather barriers, flashing, clearances, substrate inspection and manufacturer requirements.
Roofing
Describe your roof systems, deck inspection, underlayment, ventilation, flashing and safety practices.
Windows
Describe retrofit or full-frame experience, measurements, flashing, water control, air sealing and operation checks.
Gutters
Describe profiles, materials, fabrication, slope, outlets, downspouts, fasteners and flow checks.

- General liability COI (required PDF): current coverage information for human review.
- Work history (required PDF): a PDF project list plus three comparable projects in the application.
- Business details: proposed areas, licenses or registration status, workers’ compensation status, crew capacity and equipment.
- Two professional references: share business contact details with their permission.
Supporting credentials and authorized work photos are optional. Submit no more than 8 files, 5 MB per file and 10 MB combined. Documents and qualifications remain unverified until reviewed.
