Siding Repairs and Installation
Describe how you inspect and repair siding, check possible moisture paths and follow product-specific cleaning and maintenance instructions. Include the systems you install and how you document findings.
Roofing Repairs and Installation
Describe how you inspect roofing, investigate likely leak causes and plan product-appropriate repairs and maintenance. Include installation experience, safe access and documentation of remaining concerns.
Window Repairs and Installation
Describe how you check window operation, water paths, air leakage and possible condensation before proposing repair or product-appropriate maintenance. Include installation experience and when further review is needed.
Gutter Repairs and Installation
Describe how you inspect gutter leaks, connections, outlets, downspouts and drainage paths, then plan safe cleaning, maintenance or repair. Include installation experience and how you check and document the result.

- General liability COI (required PDF): current coverage information for human review.
- Work history (required PDF): a PDF project list plus three comparable projects in the application. Prioritize repair and maintenance examples when available, including observed problems, likely causes checked, the method chosen and documented results; installation and replacement examples are also accepted.
- At least two years in business: provide your actual business age and trade experience.
- License or registration evidence (required PDF): include applicable legal documents for each proposed work state, or a supported not-required explanation for human review.
- Workers’ compensation evidence (required PDF): current coverage or supporting exemption evidence for human review.
- Business details: proposed work areas, crew capacity and equipment.
- Two professional references: share business contact details with their permission.
Authorized photos of completed work are required (at least one); adequacy for each trade is reviewed. Additional applicable legal or bond documents must be included in the appropriate PDF. Not-required and exemption claims do not establish approval. Submit no more than 8 files, 5 MB per file and 10 MB combined. Combine related state records within the relevant evidence PDF.
