What to Prepare

A Complete Application Helps Us Review Your Fit

Accurate details matter. Coverage, credentials, capacity and qualifications remain subject to our team’s review; no checkbox or upload confirms approval.

Rates With a Clear Scope

Upload your PDF price sheet. Include its effective date, units, labor or material basis, exclusions, minimum charges, travel and change-of-scope terms.

Coverage for Review

Upload your general liability certificate. Disclose workers’ compensation and any applicable bond information. Our team reviews coverage and local requirements before onboarding.

Your Actual Experience

Enter your business age and experience in each trade, including fewer than two years where applicable. Share three comparable projects and a work-history PDF.

Professional References

Provide two business references who know your work. Ask permission before sharing their contact information.

Credentials and Work Examples

Describe licenses or registrations for each proposed work area. Supporting credentials and authorized work photos are optional. Photos submitted for review are not permission to publish them.

Travel and Storm Response

Tell Us Where Your Crew Can Work

List your home market, travel radius and any areas you can support for storm-response work. We review availability, trade experience and jurisdiction requirements before discussing a specific opportunity.

  • Practical coverage: Share cities, states or ZIP codes you can serve, with travel limits and equipment needs.
  • Real capacity: Tell us your crew size, weekly capacity and earliest availability.
  • Project-specific decisions: Scope, scheduling, contracting parties and payment terms require separate agreement before work begins.

The Process

From Application to a Reviewed Decision

Review time depends on document completeness, verification and current needs. We do not promise an activation date or a volume of work.

Submit Your Application

Complete the business and trade questions, attach your three PDFs and share two professional references.

Application Review

Our team reviews your experience, rates, coverage and credentials. We may ask for more information or clearer documents.

Discuss Fit and Capacity

If appropriate, we discuss your work area, crew capacity, safety practices and quality process.

Agree on Requirements

Any onboarding, classification, agreement and project-specific terms require separate review and acceptance.

Confirm a Specific Opportunity

Work begins only after the relevant approvals and written project terms are in place. An application alone does not authorize work.

Before any project: Confirm scope, contracting parties, pricing, payment schedule, required completion documentation and the process for changes or disputes.

Application Review

A Clear Starting Point for Our Team

Apply directly to Signature Exteriors here. Your application gives our team the business, work and coverage information needed to review your suitability for potential subcontractor opportunities.

  • Rate and Scope Review

Your price sheet supports a discussion. Submitting it does not bind either party to a project or payment terms.

  • Document Review

Coverage, licenses and work history must be checked by a person. An uploaded document does not by itself confirm compliance.

  • Separate Onboarding

Any approved relationship, platform access and project terms are handled as separate steps after review.

Subcontractor Application

Complete all fields marked with an asterisk. Your entries stay on this page if a submission fails. Submit once and wait for your application reference.

1 Business and Contact

Share business contact details. Do not enter identity, tax or bank account documents.

Enter your actual business age. Less than two years is allowed.

2 Trades and Field Experience

Select every trade you want reviewed. Complete the experience question for each selected trade.

3 Coverage, Crew and Availability

List your home market and the cities, states or ZIP codes you can cover. Note any travel or storm-response limits.

For example: squares, windows, linear feet or projects per week.

Describe timing and any current scheduling limits.

Describe your own crew or subcontract crews, who supervises the work, and any equipment or access limitations.

4 Credentials and Coverage

Tell us what applies to your business and proposed scope. A claimed exemption or uploaded certificate does not confirm compliance.

For each work area, list the credential, legal entity, issuer and expiry. If you believe a license is not required or it is pending, explain the jurisdiction and scope. This is subject to human review.

For a pending, exemption or not-applicable claim, explain the status. Describe any applicable bond issuer / expiry. Do not include Social Security numbers. Upload supporting documents below if available.

5 Rates and Scope

Attach your price sheet in the document section. Rates support review; project scope and payment terms require separate agreement.

Include effective date; labor-only or materials included; units (square, square foot, linear foot, window, unit or hour); tear-off / disposal; prep / rot repair; flashing / trim; height / access charges; minimum charges; travel; cleanup; taxes / exclusions; and how you price scope changes.

6 Work History

Describe three recent comparable projects and attach a PDF work history below. You may export your project list to a PDF. Work photos are optional.

Include trade, month / year, general city / state, materials and scope, crew role, project scale, schedule and quality outcome. Leave out homeowner street addresses and private customer records.
