How do I get a free estimate?
Call 509.295.8066 or use our contact form. Tell us the property address, the type of work and what you have noticed. Our team will contact you to discuss the project and scheduling.
Do I need to know exactly what work is needed?
No. Describe the concern or the change you want to make. An assessment can help define whether a repair, replacement or further investigation is the useful next step.
Where do you work?
Explore the Service Areas page for the cities we cover, then confirm the available services and scheduling for your property address. A listed city does not mean every project or date is available.
Do you use your own crews?
Yes. Signature Exteriors uses its own installation crews. Your proposal and project discussion will identify the scope, responsibilities and point of contact.
Scope, price and timing
How much will my project cost?
Price depends on the measured scope, selected materials, access and existing conditions. Request a free estimate for a proposal specific to the home. An online planning range is preliminary and is not a project quote.
What should my written proposal include?
Review the work included, selected products, price, payment terms, expected timing, exclusions and the process for approving changes. Ask about anything that is unclear before authorizing the work.
What happens if concealed damage is found?
Agree on the process before work begins. Additional findings should be documented and the proposed scope and price discussed before you approve a change.
How long will the project take?
The expected schedule depends on the scope, ordering, access and weather. Discuss it with your estimate rather than relying on a general number of days for every home.
Materials and workmanship
How do I choose between material options?
Start with your priorities: appearance, upkeep, budget and the needs of the property. Compare the exact products and their documented requirements instead of choosing from a broad claim that one material is best everywhere.
What governs the installation?
The installation plan must follow the selected products’ applicable written instructions and the building requirements for your property. A generic technique does not replace the requirements for the actual system.
What warranty will I receive?
Review the written workmanship terms and the selected manufacturer’s warranty before signing. Coverage, exclusions, duration and transfer provisions depend on those actual documents; manufacturer and workmanship coverage are different.

Damage and insurance
Can you help with an urgent leak or exposed opening?
Call 509.295.8066 to describe the need and check current availability. Safe access, weather and the work required affect scheduling. For immediate danger, call 911 and follow official safety instructions.
Can you help me document storm or fire damage?
We can assess visible exterior damage, prepare photos and repair estimates, and discuss the proposed work with your adjuster. Structural or hazardous-material concerns may need a qualified specialist.
Will my insurance pay?
Your insurer determines coverage and payment under your policy. Confirm deductibles, uncovered work and other payment responsibilities with the insurer and review the project agreement before authorizing repairs.
Does an assessment obligate me to hire you?
No. A free exterior assessment or estimate does not obligate you to hire Signature Exteriors. Review the proposed scope and charges before authorizing repairs or other work.
